Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a first tram is wrong, a stop name has changed or a line has been rerouted, say which page and what you saw — it gets fixed at the data layer and regenerates everywhere.
What we cannot help with: lost property, refunds, penalty fares, complaints about a journey, or anything else that needs the operator. We are not Metrolink and have no access to their systems. Those go to tfgm.com or 0161 205 2000.
